Akiko Takahashi is a PhD. candidate of Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University doing research in Linz, Austria. She worked/works as an artist, engineer, translator, IT columnist etc. She is interested in Personal Knowledge Management (her PhD. theme), creating installation for public spaces with fragments of information and writing program for multilingual something.
